ABOUT The Duty Legacy

About The Duty Legacy

Our Vision: The Duty Legacy is committed to empowering survivors of atrocities by restoring agency to them through various strategic approaches. Our core activities encompass capacity building, peacebuilding, and facilitating transitional justice at a domestic level. We focus on active engagement with civil society regarding mass atrocities to ensure that foreign policies are aligned with the needs of survivors during transitional justice processes.

The Duty Legacy provides expert consultancy on both domestic and international issues related to democracy, accountability, and atrocity. We offer a comprehensive range of services including writing, oral advocacy, and support to NGOs. Our efforts are dedicated to maximizing the advocacy potential on behalf of, and in collaboration with, survivors of atrocities, prioritising victim-centered redress and support.
